A graduate of Indiana University with over 47 years' experience in financial services and real estate, Lejo is the past president of The Institute of Financial Education, Indianapolis Songwriters' Association, Sunrise Optimists, and the Children's Limb Foundation. His community involvement includes volunteering as a coach for girls; softball and basketball. He is an active member of Sunrise Optimist Club. Lejo has three daughters and seven grandchildren.
