A thirty-year veteran of the real estate industry, Roger Cloncs brings to the Wall & Associates' ownership team an impressive resume of agricultural and farm management experience. Roger was Hot Mill Millwright for Nucor Steel for twenty-six years, and five years serving as Safety Coordinator in the Melt Shop. Roger and his wife, Debbie, are actively involved in the 4H and FFA, and are race enthusiasts. Together they have five children and three grandchildren. Roger and Debbie are currently working on their long-time dream of owning a vineyard and winery.
