our History

Wall & Associates has been an industry real estate leader in the Greater Indianapolis Area since its inception in May of 1989.

In May of 1989, the Principals of Wall & Associates came together and decided to form a new company. They left behind their storied histories in the upper-levels of some of Indianapolis-area’s leading real estate companies in order to form a company based on their ideals of real estate business. The foundation of this new company would be based on ethical business practices, honesty, integrity, and a family environment.

A new chapter in the story of Wall & Associates began and continues to succeed today. If flourishes under the leadership of the Principal founders, new partners added along the way, along with a team of top notch sales associates. Together, these members form the Wall & Associates family.

Our Culture

Wall & Associates prides itself on providing a family environment to our customers as well as our expert team of realtors. While our #1 focus is to instill our foundational principles to those we serve, this can’t be achieved without a solid foundational team culture.

Our Community

We are proud to give back to our community through local charities, events, as well as public service. As we work to help everyone find their place in the world, Wall & Associates empowers agents and employees alike to support meaningful causes right where it counts most: at home.

Each year since 1995, on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, Wall & Associates has hosted fellow Realtors®, affiliates, friends, and family for a Giving Thanks Feast. Along with the food and camaraderie, attendees try their luck on raffle prizes, the money from which, along with the modest fee for the meal, have helped us donate over $100,000 to needy families in our area.

Since 1989, Wall & Associates has given away over 100 tons of pumpkins at this annual event that sometimes features clowns, witches, apple cider, donut holes, balloons, and coffee.

Wall & Associates has joined forces with the Marine Corps, offering our office as a collection point for the community to drop off toys for their nationwide Toys for Tots program.

Throughout the year, Wall & Associates’ staff and agents participate in canned food drive for various food pantries throughout our area.

For many years, Wall & Associates has fielded a team in the prestigious event garnering publicity, awards, camaraderie, enthusiasm, and fitness.

Since our founding, the Easter Rabbit has appeared in our parking lot to distribute candy and pose for pictures.

In addition to above, Wall & Associates also participates in the following:

  • 4H Inc.
  • Avon Junior Athletic Association
  • USAC Non-Wing Sprint Car Sponsorship
  • Directors of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors® (MIBOR)
  • Various Government Affairs Committees including leadership posts in Brownsburg, Avon, and Clermont
  • Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership
